Evaluate performance requirements, exclusions, documentation, inspection requirements, spares and commissioning support alongside price.
Plan the information flow
Agree which vendor drawings are required for civil works, power distribution, utilities and site installation. Late interface information can affect dependent activities.
Prepare for handover
Include operating manuals, maintenance information, as-built documentation and training requirements in the procurement scope.
